509 imm. ear ESTs were submitted on 24 Jul 98. Accession numbers AI065426 - AI065934. * NOTE: Sequences were modified and updated on 21 April 2003 *
305 ear glume ESTs were submitted on 11 Jan 99. Accession numbers AI372098 - AI372402.
2062 glume ESTs were submitted to dbEST on 7 Jun 00. Acession numbers BE049841 - BE051902.
These sequences are available via ftp.
We have also sequenced a number of mapped maize STS markers. These data are also available via ftp. A list of the mapped STS markers, ordered by chromosome and bin, can be found here.
In addition, reads from our methly-filtered libraries are available via ftp.
